T.J. (Tjeerd) van Veen

Tjeerd is the founder of Van Veen Advocaten and an entrepreneur pur sang. He started working as an independent lawyer immediately after being sworn in and has helped Van Veen Advocaten grow to its current size and quality. He is still brimming with energy and with a full battery he has yet to think about quitting. The accumulated experience and long-term personal contacts are the main ingredients for his desire to continue for many years to come.

Within Van Veen Advocaten, Tjeerd is part of the real estate law section. He strives to achieve a long-term solution in every case. If necessary by conducting proceedings and if possible by reaching a settlement. This is where his skills as a mediator come in handy. During mostly directive mediations, Tjeerd has brought a large number of business disputes to a successful conclusion out of court.
