Eva Stammers participates in the employment law and contract law sections within Van Veen Advocaten. She drafts employment contracts and general terms and conditions that suit the company and advises and litigates, among other things, on discussions relating to collective bargaining agreements or dismissal.
Eva studied Law at Radboud University in Nijmegen. She graduated in the Master in Civil Law with a focus on labor law. Eva has been president of the Women’s Legal Advice Center Nijmegen during her studies and during her year on the board she set up a quality committee to ensure the quality of legal advice; something that characterizes her.
