D.M. (Dynthe) Cats

Attorney & mediator

Dynthe graduated cum laude in both Private Law (specialization in the law of persons and family law) and Notarial Law. Among other things, she gained experience in the judiciary, university teaching and legal research before she was sworn in as a lawyer. Her broad background is evaluated as a definite plus.

Dynthe’s work is in the areas of personal, family and inheritance law. For example, Dynthe advises and litigates in issues related to the settlement of a divorce, the determination or modification of alimony, the determination or modification of visitation arrangements, the interpretation of a will, and the division of an estate. In addition to being an attorney, Dynthe is also a mediator.

In counseling her clients she is personal, in handling the case businesslike. Clients report that, thanks to Dynthe, they are confident of the best possible outcome. That is what Dynthe always goes for in a practical way, with an eye for detail but without getting bogged down in “points and commas.” She stands firmly behind her clients, but will always seek the connection. Through her approach, she builds bridges.

“Dynthe has an extremely pleasant and open personality. She is approachable and inventive. She also knows substantively what she is talking about. She uses her legal knowledge analytically with self-assurance and decisiveness. Dynthe doesn’t run away from anything and with her no-nonsense approach knows how to actually solve cases.”
