Stefanie van Asch works as a bankruptcy assistant and Wsnp administrator at Van Veen Lawyers. As bankruptcy assistant, she supports the receivers attached to the firm. As a trustee, Stefanie supervises compliance with the debtor’s obligations under the Dutch Natural Persons Debt Rescheduling Act.
She is appointed by the Court as wsnp administrator for three years to generate as much income as possible for the creditors. Stefanie checks that the debtor is meeting his/her obligations, manages the estate (assets, income and expenses) and informs creditors and court.
