R.F. (Richard) Vonk

After studying law at Utrecht University, Richard first served his military service and then worked as a claims handler, the last two years of which he worked in the fraud department. However, the legal profession kept beckoning, and he has been working as a lawyer at Van Veen Advocaten since 2001.

Here he is part of the labor law (including civil service law) and personal and family law sections and still deals with non-life insurance law. He is registered as an MfN registered mediator and in that capacity he helps parties find a solution without the intervention of a judge. Richard’s clients include individuals, insurers and SME entrepreneurs.
