From an early age, Juliëtte knew exactly what her future held: a career in law. Today, she has turned that ambition into reality. With two master’s degrees (Civil Law and Political History) and experience at a leading law firm, she brings both a broad perspective and a solid legal foundation to her practice in real estate and employment law at Van Veen Advocaten.

Within real estate law, Juliëtte focuses primarily on tenancy law. She advises landlords on how to prevent disputes, but also represents them when conflicts do arise—whether involving property damage, disagreements over costs, or eviction proceedings.

She also advises and assists clients in employment law. From providing guidance on employment contracts to handling complex workplace disputes, Juliëtte ensures her clients are well positioned. While she is fully prepared to litigate when necessary, her preference is always to resolve matters before they reach the courtroom.

“Juliëtte doesn’t let conflicts escalate. Instead, she always looks for practical solutions, guided by her clients’ best interests.”
