B. (Berto) van de Vendel
Office Manager
After 14 years in public accounting and more than three years in the corporate sector, Berto van de Vendel made the transition to the legal profession. Since May 2025, he has been serving as Office Director at Van Veen Advocaten. Together with the firm’s two Managing Partners, he forms the Executive Board.
As the firm’s “numbers guy”, Berto ensures that every aspect of the firm’s financial and administrative operations runs smoothly and efficiently. He is also responsible for the Human Resources & Organization portfolio, managing the support staff and maintaining key professional networks.
“Berto takes care of everything that isn’t legal. He serves as the link between the partnership and the staff, is the primary point of contact for job applicants, and is the go-to person for organizational matters.”
