D. (Donika) Plana

Donika Plana has an impressive academic background. She obtained her titles mr. and drs. after completing a double major in Law & Management at Radboud University Nijmegen, followed by two masters in Dutch Law and Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Her cum laude completion of the Master of Laws highlights her commitment to excellence.

As a lawyer, Donika focuses mainly on corporate and contract law, with a special interest in IT, privacy and innovation. Internationally operating entrepreneurs find in her a reliable guide, with fluent command of Dutch, English, Albanian and German (Goethe B2).

Both personally and professionally, Donika values trust (“besa”). She communicates honestly and transparently about her clients’ position and her own abilities, and she strives to live up to the expectations she creates. Donika either goes 100% for a case or doesn’t.
