Kees van Dijk is a legal omnivore. In addition to being a lawyer, he is also a mediator, arbitrator and consultant. Together with Tjeerd van Veen he forms the VVA Experience Desk, where they deploy their combined legal experience of more than 75 years, to provide services such as second opinions and strategic advice. Kees is chairman of the corporate law section within Van Veen Advocaten.
He assists shareholders, directors and SME clients with their problems. Whether it concerns (international) contracts, continuity issues, competitive position, trade and domain names, trademarks or products. For this purpose he has successfully completed the specialized professional training “Benelux Trademark and Design Attorneys” and “Corporate Disputes”, among others.
