Thom studied Law at Radboud University in Nijmegen with a specialization in Corporate Law. During this time he already had a lot of client contact and was president of the Juridische Faculteitsvereniging (JFV Nijmegen).
At Van Veen Advocaten, he focuses on corporate law issues. For example, directors’ liability or the meticulous drafting of good contracts and general terms and conditions. He also deals with bankruptcies. In this context, he advises, for example, entrepreneurs who sooner or later have to deal with bankrupt customers or suppliers.
