W.E. (Winny) van Engelenhoven

After completing studies in Law (Civil Law) and Tax Law, Winny joined Van Veen Advocaten as a lawyer in 2013. From the beginning, Winny has focused on employment law and corporate law. Within employment law, she has particularly specialized in pension law and co-determination law. In 2017, Winny completed the Grotius specialization course in Employment Law cum laude. In 2021, she completed the VPR-A specialization course in Privacy and Data Protection Law with an average grade of 8.6.

Winny provides employment law support to employers and employees on legal issues. She enjoys resolving complicated issues and complex questions. Furthermore, Winny advises and (if necessary) litigates on contracts. When dealing with both labor law and corporate law issues, her clients benefit from her fiscal economic background. Her clients are in both the market and government sectors.
